When I owned a liquor store in the past, I would do monthly wine dinners where I could get the customers full and a bit tipsy before selling them way more wine than they had planned. My favorite location was the nearby Brazilian steakhouse.
I am cheap so not willing to spend that much when I am a dab hand in the kitchen myself and already am eating full carnivore. Do have some extra fond memories of those nights though
