This book was written in the late 1800`s. I found it on Thriftbooks.com but there may be free reads out there. IMO it`s a good read. Learned a few things.
 

E.N. Jencks??? I always heard that James Campbell was a pseudonym. I just never knew what the actual name of the real author was! It's kindof like Glenn Braunstein went under the pseudonym of Maurice Nelson for his first book.​
