Preemptive attack is Illegal? Says Who??

The law of Leftists, funded by China, who wage domestic war with minions in Minnesota, Portland and LA against a sovereign nation enforcing their own laws, then promoted for free on CNN and MSwhatever.

It isn't a "war" unless until Congress declared war, which hasn't happened since WW2.
 
If you are referring to our attack on Iran, they declared war on us dozens of years ago and have been attacking us ever since.
What is preemptive about shooting a dog that continues to bite you and rip your skin open?
Especially knowing that if you fell down he would go for your throat and rip it open?

It’s just an escalation.
 
It doesn’t qualify legally in the same way as a formal declaration, but if he says that his country is at war with us, then we are at war.

It’s not preemptive. It’s a long mess in the making.

But, contrary to popular opinion, it really didn’t start in 1979.

It’s not something to necessarily be proud of but our government has been intervening in Persia/Iran for a long time. It’s always been about the oil. We’ve instigated coups and other manipulations. We even propped up Sadam Hussein to fight them.

The US isn’t exactly an innocent victim.

But, I still believe this is mostly about China. Trump is trying to control the energy supply. Control the oil…control the world.

Ironically, Britain was behind convincing the CIA to instigate the original coup that installed the Shah. Iran didn't like the fact that Britain had negotiated a better deal than the deals the USA was handing out, and decided to collectivize all that the British had invested in (Venezuela ring a bell?), so they convinced the Intelligence agency that this was yet another communist takeover, which in a sense it was, and due to Cold War fears, the US intervened.
