I agree especially if one wants a prudent wife added. Proverbs 19:14 Houses and riches are an inheritance from fathers, But a prudent wife is from the Lord.

It is just not simple at all, and in fact quite challenging. The older I get the more I think that you have to be blessed with a miracle from God to get there.
