    What I battle with is how old age has slowed my metabolism and I just don't burn the energy up as quickly. When I was bodybuilding I forced myself to eat. I never did PED's but still ate a lot. Now, 40 years later, it's a challenge not to eat too...

    Yes, this is true. I don't know if this helps you or anybody else who struggles with eating too much. I've been that guy a lot. Sometimes if we eat too much, we also will over-exercise in response. That's the wrong way. Better to go lighter...
