So our point of contention is #2. When someone claims that it DOES condemn polygyny, the onus is on them to show that it does, or else they (you in this particular case) are engaging in "Proof by Assertion" which is a logical Fallacy and is...

As others have pointed out, it is not really the body type that is attractive. It is the confidence. The thing is that improving your physique can lead to confidence, but if you can have the confidence without the physique you can still be...

It looks like Rob Kowalski has a new book out that he is taking pre-sale orders for called "Man of Options". https://www.robbkowalski.com/man-of-options-book I like the title. I have long thought that not every man needed to be a polygamist...

The psychology to the whole thing is very interesting. When approaching a mixed set, you introduce yourself to the men first. You want to come across as a fellow man. You do not want to slink around and try to pick off women when the men in...

There are many versions of the NIV. The older ones tend to be better than the newer ones. Unfortunately the ones you can buy new are (or course) the bad newer ones.

Indeed Matt 5:28 is a glaring example of how people like to insert "[or man]" into the text.

Assuming that commands for one sex apply to both sexes when the text does not support that may be the worst mistake you can make about understanding what God's will is for the two sexes. And you see this all of the time. Very common modern mistake.
